Homer’s Edinburgh store can be found in a Georgian townhouse, just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The shop is set out over five themed rooms, recreating a home from home to inspire your choices.

Most visitors start with our ‘Library’ where we sell a carefully curated selection of book titles, a perfect choice for gifts and personal treats. Moving on to the ‘Kitchen’ our offering includes the ever-popular Nordic ceramic range; giftware from Scottish designer Anna Wright; tableware and eco-solutions to help us all do our bit. The ‘Bedroom’, as you’d expect, showcases beautiful throws, sumptuous bed quilts and towels - we particularly love our Finnish linen dressing gowns. The ‘Shed’ is stocked with gardening giftware and an array of Danish candles and lanterns. Then, onto ‘The Living Room’ which boasts our own range of Scot-Scandi furniture, in exclusive Homer Scottish tweed, woven in Perthshire.

Last but not least, the foyer is always festooned with faux flowers - a brilliant solution for instantly making your home look welcoming.

Our stock is ever-changing, even within the season, as short runs sell out and we find exciting new products.  Repeat visits are a must! Our staff will gladly offer advice on what might suit, and our displays suggest ideas on product combinations across the brands.

We're halfway between Edinburgh City Centre and the New Town village of Stockbridge - going down Frederick Street perpendicular to George Street, and crossing over Queen Street into Howe Street with its cobbled stones.  Look out for us on the left hand side above the paint shop. We look forward to seeing you soon!
